




Job Summary: Machinery operator responsible for production and quality, performing tasks such as adjustment, measurement, and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Equipment maintenance and quality control Main Responsibilities: • Operate the machine to ensure production compliance with specification drawings in terms of quantity, quality, and scheduled timelines. • Read and interpret blueprints. • Power on and off the machine according to established procedures. • Perform measurements using instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and pin gages. • Record information in documentation. • Execute tool changes and offset adjustments. • Perform internal machine cleaning, as well as nozzle cleaning and assembly. • Perform basic bar feeder handling. • Replace bars as required. Primary Responsibilities: • Receive and verify materials required for production. • Request measuring instruments from the quality inspector and ensure their proper condition. • Manage first-piece release by quality. • Accurately complete the log sheet, production control sheet, and daily identification card. • Ensure that the quality inspector releases produced parts at the end of the shift. • Maintain equipment and workstations clean, organized, and in optimal condition. Knowledge and Skills: • Reading and interpretation of technical blueprints. • Basic machinery operation (power on/off). • Measurement of parts using vernier calipers, micrometers, and pin gages. • Recording and control of production documentation. • Tool changes and offset adjustments. • Basic bar feeder handling. • Bar replacement. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary education 3 years of experience Age: Between 25 and 50 years Knowledge: Quality, CNC, Measuring Instruments, Blueprint Interpretation, Procedures Keywords: operator, operario, operator
