Focus on fabric quality and resolution of technical issues. **Join a company with over 55 years of experience in the textile industry.** **Join Grupo Industrial Assa’s team and grow with us!** **Circular Knitting Machine Operator – Grupo Industrial Assa** **Work location:** Mexico Nuevo, Atizapán **Salary:** $16,900 monthly *(paid weekly)* **Schedule:** Rotating shifts (6:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–6:00\) **Employment type:** Permanent position **Benefits:** Statutory and above-standard * Savings fund and savings account * Subsidized cafeteria * 16-day year-end bonus * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers * School supplies support * And more benefits **Main responsibilities:** * Operate and supervise circular knitting machines for knitted fabric production. * Perform machine setups and style changes according to production orders. * Inspect fabric quality (density, texture, color, and dimensions) against established standards. * Identify and correct minor mechanical faults in machines. * Report incidents or anomalies to the shift supervisor or maintenance team. * Maintain daily production and downtime records. * Keep the work area clean and organized. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a circular knitter or operating textile machinery. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork.
