Candidates must demonstrate deep technical culinary expertise, including preparation of base sauces, innovative dish creation, grilling techniques, and salad preparation. Menu creation and optimization will be a core responsibility, ensuring variety, quality, and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Chef with experience in corporate cafeterias/industrial plants (M/F). * Demonstrable technical culinary knowledge, including base sauces, dish creation, grilling, salad and dessert preparation at the corporate level. * Menu development. * Catering experience preferred. * Must reside in Toluca, preferably near Parque 2000.
