Key Responsibilities: 1. Budget integration and analysis for construction projects 2. Preparation and analysis of unit prices 3. Development of detailed specialty-specific budgets **LEADING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING CANDIDATES** **Requirements:** Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree holder with professional license and official credential (mandatory). **Responsibilities:** 1\. Integration and analysis of construction project budgets. 2\. Preparation and analysis of unit prices for construction items. 3\. Development and integration of detailed specialty-specific budgets. 4\. Analysis of material, labor, and machinery productivity according to project conditions. 5\. Review of item catalogs, unit prices, costs, etc. 6\. Quotations and quantity take-offs. 7\. Tendering and proposal analysis. 8\. Proficiency in Neodata and Excel. **We Offer:** · Monthly salary: $23,000–$25,000 (net) plus statutory benefits. · Direct employment with the company. · On-site work in Cuajimalpa borough (near Universidad Iberoamericana), Mexico City.
