Position Summary: We are seeking a Bodywork Master for the manufacturing, repair, and maintenance of vehicle bodies, dry/thermal boxes, trailers, and metal structures, ensuring professional-quality finishes. Perform specialized activities including manufacturing, assembly, repair, lining, finishing, and painting of vehicle bodies, dry/thermal boxes, platforms, trailers, and metal structures. The Bodywork Master ensures accurate interpretation of blueprints, structural alignment, installation of panels and claddings, as well as achieving aesthetic and protective finishes through painting processes. Their technical expertise guarantees structurally safe, functional, and professionally finished products, optimizing production timelines and standards. You are also a committed, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual. Responsibilities: Manufacturing and repair of vehicle body units; replacing or substituting partial or complete components related to box floor, roof, and walls; lamination, sealing, welding, chassis, fenders. Preventive maintenance; replacement of plywood; replacement of floor or floor sections; replacement of side panels; replacement of fenders, etc. Meet delivery deadlines. Complete task checklists for each unit and verify completed work. Proper handling of tools and materials for assigned tasks; optimize time and material resources. Required Knowledge: \- Electric and pneumatic tools \- Rivets \- Replacement of awnings. \- General door repair. \- Welding. \- Lamination for boxes. \- Suspension. \- Sheet metal work and painting. \- Fiberglass. \- Electrical installations in vehicle bodies. \- Knowledge of box assembly from start to finish. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bodywork technician. AGE: 25 years or older. Flexible working hours. Minimum education: Secondary school.
