Job Objective: Issue and deliver invoices to clients in accordance with established instructions and timelines by executing the billing process to ensure receipt, acceptance, and payment date of such invoices. Job Responsibilities: 1\.\- Issue and deliver invoices to clients in accordance with established instructions and timelines by executing the billing process to ensure receipt, acceptance, and payment date of such invoices. 2\.\- Prepare billing control reports (customs declarations, entries, in-bond shipments, distribution centers) and reconcile Group operations against billed items to provide visibility into historical data and outstanding items pending invoicing. 3\.\- Prepare client data sheets for new clients and update existing ones, as well as channel relevant information to respective departments. 4\.\- Develop and distribute the client checklist based on the schedule approved by the Commercial Department to ensure it contains accurate and complete information regarding services provided. 5\.\- Execute intercompany billing processes according to terms negotiated by the Commercial Department with the client.
