Experience Minimum 1 year as billing assistant, updating tax data, and mass invoicing. Knowledge: Invoice 4.0, electronic invoicing portals, tax knowledge, SAT, invoice cancellation and reissuance, payment complement generation, credit note generation. Financial/accounting ERPs. Customer service. Intermediate-level Office/G Suite (Spreadsheets, Presentations, Documents). Availability for Flexible working hours. Travel.
