Position: Backhoe Operator Job Objective: Operate a backhoe loader (tractor with bucket) to perform loading, excavation, leveling, and material handling tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with on-site safety standards. Main Responsibilities: \* Operate the backhoe loader for excavation, loading, and leveling tasks. \* Carry out earth and material movement as required by the project. \* Inspect machinery condition before and after use. \* Perform maneuvers safely within the worksite. \* Support general activities related to heavy machinery. \* Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
