Requirements * Education: Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Basic knowledge of CONTPAQi. * Flexible availability of working hours. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are desirable. Knowledge and Skills * Entry and recording of accounting journal entries. * Filing and control of documentation. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Responsibility and commitment. Main Responsibilities * Entering accounting information into the CONTPAQi system. * Assisting with bank reconciliations. * Controlling and filing fiscal and administrative documents. * Preparing basic reports. * Supporting administrative tasks within the accounting department. * Tracking invoices and supporting documents.
