Opportunity for professional development and educational support ***We are looking for an Authenticity Advisor for CNCI University Campus Cumbres*** **Location**: Valle Verde Primer Sector, Monterrey, Nuevo León ***Requirements***: * Bachelor's degree in technology, education, administration, industrial engineering, systems, or related fields. * Experience in customer service, validation/ authentication of documents in the educational field * Attention to detail, communication skills, organizational skills, and time management * Proficiency in digital tools * Residency in the western zone of Monterrey and surrounding areas ***Responsibilities:*** * Contact schools via email, WhatsApp, and telephone calls. * Follow up on authenticity requests and responses. * Prepare official letters and administrative documents. * Provide assistance and support to school counselors. * Maintain clear and effective communication with educational institutions. * Organize and update information and files. * Operate computers, printers, and scanners. * Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. * Draft emails and documents with proper spelling and clarity. * Support administrative activities related to academic validation and follow-up. ***We Offer: Monthly Salary $12,000 MXN*** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Savings fund: 5% * Food vouchers: 10% * Savings box * Scholarships of up to 80% ***Schedule:*** Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. \- 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. \- 2:00 p.m. Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Savings box * Employee discounts * Company parking * Free parking * Flexible schedules * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
