You will support residential installations, fiber optic cable laying and routing inside buildings (residences, offices, and commercial buildings), ensuring high-quality service to end customers. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed junior high school or technical high school diploma (preferred). * **NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** * Customer-oriented attitude, responsibility, and enthusiasm for fieldwork. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. ### **We Offer:** * **Base salary**: $8,000 per month * **Monthly bonuses**: From $1,000 up to $5,000 based on performance * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation days, year-end bonus) * Work tools, transportation vehicle, and fuel provided by the company * Continuous training and opportunity for career growth within the company
