As a Sales Assistant, you will serve as the key liaison between our customers and our products, ensuring a satisfying purchasing experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers by providing detailed information about our products and services. You must maintain smooth and effective communication with our customers, ensuring all their questions are answered accurately and courteously. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders—from receipt through delivery—ensuring each customer receives their order on time and in perfect condition. For this position, we seek someone with well-developed customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to solve problems effectively. Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Most importantly, you must have a service-oriented mindset and a passion for helping customers achieve maximum value from our products.
