Seeking talent to join the team as a TRAFFIC ASSISTANT **WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Relations, or Transportation Engineering * Minimum 6 months of experience in import and/or export operations, including interaction with shipping lines and customs agencies * Intermediate English proficiency * Office software proficiency (80%), CRM knowledge * Full-time availability **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Open and register all service references in the system for 100% of requested services, completing this process within the first 24 hours after the service request * Ensure receipt and review of instruction letters, cost sheets, sales documents, and/or SOPs for 98% of completed services, completing this task within the first 24 hours after service execution * Continuously monitor purchase shipments, ensuring follow-up no later than 5 days after the supplier issues the invoice * Generate invoices in the system for each operation performed, ensuring issuance no later than the day following service completion * Track cargo movement and goods delivery, ensuring on-time delivery in 98% of operations, with daily performance evaluation * Provide internal customer service by fulfilling the processes for which one is responsible and participating as a related party **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES** * Customer service * Passion * Communication * Teamwork * Results orientation **WHAT WE OFFER** * Fully registered salary * Statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus * Savings fund * Training * Development plan Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,500.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Company-provided mobile phone Work location: Hybrid remote work in 03230, Actipan, CDMX
