




*This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening at LINKEAZI in Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City** We are seeking a Logistics & Import Assistant to work at an appliance company located in Santa Fe, Mexico City. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation. * Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery. * Maintain accurate inventory records and update logistics reports. * Responsible for customs clearance and logistics, with relevant experience. * Assist in planning and optimizing transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. * Prepare and manage shipping documentation, invoices, and related logistics documentation. * Communicate effectively in English with international partners and suppliers. * Provide support in resolving logistics-related issues or discrepancies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations. * Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) required. * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
