Opportunity for professional growth We require · Accounting Assistant with experience in International Trade · A growing company is looking for an Accounting Assistant with experience in International Trade, responsible for supporting accounting recording and administrative control of operations related to imports and exports. We are looking for an organized, analytical person with attention to detail who contributes to the proper handling of the company's accounting and documentary information. Responsibilities Recording of accounting entries in the system. Support in bank reconciliations. Control of invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Administrative follow-up of import and export operations. Review of international trade documentation (customs declarations, commercial invoices, packing lists). Control and recording of import, logistics, and customs expenses. Compilation of accounting and tax files. Support in administrative and accounting reporting. Coordination with customs brokers and suppliers for operation follow-up. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting. Experience or knowledge in international trade (imports and exports). Knowledge of customs documentation and customs declarations. Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems. Organized, responsible person with a high sense of confidentiality.
