We are seeking individuals committed to improving lives worldwide. **Apprentice – Patient Safety** **(Pharmacovigilance Apprentice)** **What Does a Typical Day Look Like in This Role?** * You will learn the fundamental elements of workflow and document management used in pharmacovigilance. * You will gain knowledge of and apply health legislation related to pharmacovigilance to collect safety data for marketed medicines. * You will learn and perform activities related to detecting, evaluating, understanding, and preventing adverse events or suspected adverse drug reactions. * You will receive, collect, and follow up on information related to adverse event notifications received by the department. * You will be responsible for properly processing and archiving all adverse event reports (initial and follow\-up). * You will ensure that all relevant information is captured and submitted to Regional Centers within designated timelines. * You will submit adverse event reports to Mexico’s health authority in accordance with local requirements and internal procedures. * You will ensure compliance with local and internal pharmacovigilance regulatory requirements. * You will maintain in\-depth knowledge of local and international pharmacovigilance standards. * You will interact and collaborate with various company departments—including Marketing, Quality, Legal, Clinical Research, and Medical—to deepen your understanding of the business. **This Role Is Right for You If** * You are an active undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or engineering program in the health sciences. * Your expected graduation date is after June 2027. * You are interested in building a career at a pharmaceutical company. * You are available to work 30 hours per week, preferably during morning hours. * You have intermediate\-to\-advanced English proficiency. * You have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. **What Skills Are We Looking For?** * Teamwork * Oral and written communication * Adaptability to change * Ability to learn quickly * Conflict management * Concentration ability * Problem analysis and solution proposal * Enthusiasm **What We Offer** * Direct employment with Eli Lilly and Company * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (Life Insurance, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers, Savings Fund, Credit Union, Year\-End Bonus, Vacation Pay, Profit Sharing, among others). * Hybrid work model: 2 days working remotely and 3 days in the office. * On\-site gym, cafeteria, and parking. * Work equipment provided. * Career development opportunities Most importantly, we seek someone who wants to join *our commitment to improving lives worldwide*! \#WEARELILLY Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
