A company powered by our people.** **REQUIREMENTS:** --------------- * Completed high school education * Knowledge of OTM * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables) * One year of experience in receiving, warehousing, and shipping * Experience managing personnel * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Flexible availability for shift schedules **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------------------- * Resolve and track incidents related to orders not transmitted in the consolidation area’s system. * Continuously monitor the system to ensure proper display and execution of consolidations. * Validate orders in the system, ensuring operational data integrity and accuracy. * Close shifts, ensuring correct daily recording of loads handled. * Maintain and update vehicle and item controls per established guidelines. * Prepare and report inventories, ensuring merchandise control and traceability **WORK LOCATION:** Cuautitlán Izcalli * Querétaro km 34\.5, Autop.
