**Advanced Process Engineer Sr** Collaborating with cross\-functional teams to improve processes and resolve problems. **Lear Corporation Apodaca, Nuevo León, México.** We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a **Advanced Process Engineer Sr**, based in **Apodaca Plant, Apodaca, Nuevo León, México.** (E\-Systems Division). As an Advanced Process Engineer Sr, you will be responsible to development, optimization and implementation of surface mount processes, to ensure efficient, high\-quality and cost\-effective production. **Your Tasks will be:** * Develop and control engineering releases, process changes, and efficiency improvements. * Apply quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, and Core Tools. * Support multifunctional teams in implementing best practices and lessons learned. * Ensure compliance with IATF standards and customer\-specific requirements. * Perform cost analysis, cycle time estimation, and process flow evaluation for existing and new products. * Collaborate with the cost engineering team to estimate manufacturing costs and optimize resource utilization. * Work closely with customers and internal teams to align SMT and backend processes with OEM and Tier 1 supplier requirements. * Support customer audits and technical reviews by providing process documentation and validation reports. * Train manufacturing and engineering personnel in best practices for SMT, backend processes, and troubleshooting techniques. **To be successful in this role you will need:** * Education: Industrial, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or any related field. * Experience in automotive electronics needed. * Knowledge in Manufacturing Cost Analysis, Quoting, Capacity Analysis, Conformal Coating, Functional Testing, and Assembly Processes * Core Tools, IPC 610, PFMA, Process Flow, DFM and Problem\-solving knowledge. * 8\+ years of experience in Engineering Areas. * Proficient English level. \#LI\-CA1
