




**Location:** San Pablo Huantepec, State of Mexico **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 16:00 hrs **Availability:** It is essential to have your own means of transportation to get to the workplace (there is no public transportation in the area). **Position Objective** Provide administrative and operational support for logistical, commercial, and customer service activities, ensuring proper inventory, order, delivery, and documentation management. Maintain constant communication with plant, customers, and suppliers, contributing to the efficiency and smooth operation of daily activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Release and inspection of unit cargo. * Printing and occasionally creating invoices. * Assist with conducting inventories. * Record entries and exits of inventory, sales, suppliers, and losses in the system. * Follow up with customers to take orders and place them at the plant. * Consolidate orders and send them to production or logistics scheduling. * Handle and route complaints related to quality or service. * Monitor units during transit and notify customers in case of incidents. * Prepare a weekly report of completed and pending activities. * Assist in managing purchases of supplies, as well as collecting and delivering orders when necessary. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school or technical degree in administration, logistics, or related field (a completed bachelor's degree is desirable). * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in administrative or logistical positions. * **Knowledge:** * Proficiency with inventory control and billing systems. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Organization of routes and orders. * **Skills:** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving ability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Attention to detail and follow-up. **Personal Competencies** * A **highly organized, proactive, and professional individual.** * With an **excellent willingness to help** and a **strong service attitude.** * High **frustration tolerance** and ability to **work under pressure and in urgent situations.** * Results-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines. * Focused on **problem resolution** and continuous improvement. * Capable of maintaining **clear and professional communication** across departments and with customers. **Conditions** * A **work phone and computer are provided.** * Schedule: **Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 16:00 hrs.** * Workplace: **San Pablo Huantepec, State of Mexico.** * Having **your own means of transportation is essential.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have specific experience in inventory management? * Do you have a strong ability to prioritize and resolve abnormal situations? * Are you organized, do you work by taking notes or relying on memory? * Do you have a vehicle to get to work? * If selected, how long would you like to work with us? * Do you have any dependents?
