




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in steel product sales and customer service, capable of managing orders, quotations, collections, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order handling and closing, quotation preparation 2. Collection management and ensuring shipments to customers 3. Complaint control and liaison between planning and production Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in steel product sales for industrial clients, OEM manufacturers, and the hardware sector, performing the following activities: * Making telephone calls to customers for order handling and closing according to the status reported by the sales representative. * Delivering orders to the warehouse for preparation and fulfillment. * Preparing and issuing quotation requests. * Verifying customer account statements and managing collections. * Ensuring shipment of materials to customers. * Managing customer complaints and feedback. * Managing documentation sent to customers. * Processing export procedures for foreign customers. * Managing web portals and customer systems. * Acting as liaison between the client planning department and production. . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Languages: English Age: 30 years or older Knowledge: Sales management, Microsoft Office, Customer service, Sales, Customer support Driver's license: Class C Keywords: administrative, administrative, cambaceo, sales
