




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Analyst to provide administrative support to the maintenance team of a leading residential development company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the maintenance team. 2. Monitor processes and manage payments. 3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper process management. Our client, a leading residential development company in the Bajío region, is looking for an Administrative Analyst for its maintenance team to provide administrative support from its corporate office. If you have at least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, including process follow-up, vendor onboarding, payment coordination with the accounting department, and cross-departmental coordination for effective process management, full-time availability, and can start in June, apply now—we’re looking for you. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree — Business Administration, Business Management, or related field; degree must be completed. * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within service companies or service coordination teams. * Experience interacting with vendors, contractors, and subcontracted personnel. * Basic ERP knowledge for data entry.
