Job Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining accounting records in the plants’ accounts payable, preparing financial reports, and verifying regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Expense registration and supplier data management. 2. Reconciliation of liability accounts and monthly expense analysis. 3. General Job Responsibilities: * Recording company expenses (liabilities). * Managing master supplier data. * Reconciling liability accounts (suppliers). * Analyzing monthly expense records. * Preparing checks.
