Job Summary: A Public Accounting or Finance professional responsible for journal entry recording, bank reconciliations, electronic invoicing, and support in monthly closing processes. Accounting system proficiency (CONTPAQi, Aspel, SAP or similar) **What We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of **$19,500**, paid biweekly * **Food vouchers:** $1,320 per month, in addition to salary * Savings fund: 3% * Savings box (optional) * Full IMSS coverage (100%) * Statutory benefits * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:36 p.m.** * Professional stability and career development **Responsibilities:** * Recording of accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, and general ledger) * Bank reconciliations * Electronic invoicing (CFDI) * Support in basic tax calculations * Integration and cleanup of accounting accounts * Management and control of financial information * Support in monthly closing processes **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field * **1–2 years of experience in general accounting** * Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency** (formulas and pivot tables) * Knowledge of **basic tax calculations** * Experience with **electronic invoicing (CFDI)** * Accounting system proficiency (CONTPAQi, Aspel, SAP or similar) **Work Location:** Av.
