Functions and Responsibilities Administration * Control and archiving of physical and digital documents. * Preparation of administrative reports. * Management of databases and files. * Telephone reception and email follow-up. * Office supply management and operational support. * Preparation of administrative forms and letters. Payroll * Data entry and review of payroll incidents. * Support in payroll calculation and processing. * Management of employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications. * Operation of NOI or other payroll systems. * Payroll stamping and receipt generation. * Tracking of vacations, medical leaves, and attendance. Accounting * Journal entry and accounting record input. * Billing control and reconciliations. * Support in accounts payable and receivable. * Organization of tax and accounting documentation. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative/accounting systems.
