Professional and technical development **Herkel Recubrimientos**, a 100% Mexican company experiencing growth with over 30 years in the electrocoating industry, is seeking a ***Cutting Supervisor*** due to operational expansion and increased production volume. **What will you do?** You will be responsible for supervising cutting and bending activities of metallic materials, ensuring part quality, adherence to production timelines, and correct area operation. * Supervision of cutting and bending personnel. * Coordination of metallic material preparation tasks. * Verification of dimensions, cuts, and bends per engineering drawings and specifications. * Production tracking and on-time delivery compliance. * Supervision of proper use of machinery and tools. * Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. **What are we looking for?** Individuals with leadership skills, experience in metalworking processes, and a focus on quality and productivity. * Technical degree or verifiable experience in industrial or metalworking processes. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising operational staff. * Knowledge of cutting and bending of metallic materials. * Basic ability to interpret engineering drawings and measurements. * Proficiency in handling cutting/bending tools and machinery. * Leadership, organization, and teamwork skills. * Commitment to safety and quality. **What do we offer?** * Job stability * Continuous training * Professional and technical development * Excellent work environment **Growth Opportunities** You will develop competencies in operational supervision, metalworking processes, and industrial production coordination.
