Main Responsibilities: * Supervision and coordination of technicians and supervisors. * Planning and control of service routes. * Receiving and tracking daily reports from each technician. * Validation and recording of evidence for completed services. * Confirmation and updating of customer schedules, making adjustments as service needs require. * Assignment of service tasks to technical staff (typically scheduled in advance). * Handling and follow-up on operational and customer service incidents, providing prompt and effective solutions. * Monitoring and managing operational communications via WhatsApp. * Coordination of internal and external service mapping. Reports To: Operations Manager Desired Experience and Knowledge: * Personnel management and supervision. * Experience in logistics, operations, or service coordination. * Strong communication and operational follow-up skills. * Proficiency with computer equipment. * Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
