




Job Summary: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the corporate business strategy, managing recruitment, culture, and leading an HR team. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the recruitment and selection process across assigned locations. Promote corporate values and shape a positive culture in accordance with the corporation’s Code of Ethics, Conduct, and Policies. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of Human Resources professionals to ensure the organization’s HR strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets, and that the organization complies with all relevant labor regulations, laws, and standards. Supervise and manage a performance evaluation system that promotes high performance. Foster a positive workplace environment and ensure legal compliance throughout HR management. **RESPONSIBILITIES / RESPONSABILIDADES** **1\.** Ensure respect for and application of Mexican law and applicable regulations. Design and maintain an HR strategy consolidating all objectives: Recruitment and Selection, Development and Performance Evaluations, Compensation and Benefits, Internal Communications, and Safeguarding of Policies and Procedures. **2\.** Continuous design and improvement of personnel recruitment and selection processes across assigned locations, maintaining headcount (HC) in accordance with finance-authorized levels per location, defined profiles, and administration of internal and external sourcing channels for such purposes. **3**. Establish and maintain a positive relationship with the applicable union at locations where required; consistently involve the union as a strategic partner to support operational results. Likewise, negotiate the Collective Bargaining Agreement on behalf of the company in accordance with the law, achieving balance among all parties’ demands. **4\.** Ensure a staff services plan covering: transportation, cafeteria, restrooms, medical services, etc., meeting dignified standards for PKC\-Mx. employees, thereby ensuring employee job satisfaction. **5\.** Prepare and participate in executive-level reports for Management: PKC Mx. demand reports, LEC calls, among others. **6\.** Design and administer staff recognition programs that positively impact the work environment and productivity, such as tenure, performance results, and attendance. **7\.** Administer a staff-oriented events program, including designing recognition events that positively impact the work environment and productivity. Ensuring consistent, standardized implementation across all regions where PKC\-Mx. operates. **8\.** Support the investigation process for LEC cases across all locations. **9\.** Inform plant managers of assigned locations about department-driven strategies, and provide input on all personnel-related decisions to ensure alignment with key operational needs—always focusing on customer satisfaction and employee well-being. **10\.** Define all policies and processes related to HR management. This includes establishing guidelines for payroll, recruitment and selection, labor matters, among others. **11\.** * Comply with and ensure compliance with PKC Group’s Environmental, Health and Safety Policy and Energy Policy. * Comply with environmental, safety, health, and energy requirements stipulated in Federal, State, and Municipal legislation and applicable regulations related to our activities and products, fulfilling EMASS (Energy, Environment, Health and Safety) procedures inherent to the position. * Contribute to the effectiveness of the Energy, Environment, Health and Safety Management System, including achievement of EMASS Objectives and Targets. **Education and Experience / Educación y Experiencia:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * 6 to 10 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager. **Skill/ knowledge requirements / Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos:** * In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, and local regulations impacting labor relations. * Benefits and Compensation systems. * Knowledge of Talent Management Systems and Tools: 9-Box and Performance Evaluations. **Competencies / Competencias** * Communication * Leading teams * Planning and organization * Making operational decisions * Building alliances Halt activities, processes, equipment, or personnel violating and/or jeopardizing Safety, Health, Quality, and the Environment; non-compliance with Legal Requirements, EHS Policy, Energy Policy, Drug and Alcohol Prohibition in the workplace, as well as Energy, Environment, Health and Safety Management System (SGEMASS) procedures.
