




Job Summary: This role involves active monitoring and tracking of units, alert management, and implementation of emergency protocols to ensure logistical security and efficiency. Operation of satellite tracking platforms and digital maps. **REQUIREMENTS** **Education**: Completed high school diploma or technical degree in computer science, electronics, logistics, or systems. **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year of experience in monitoring centers, private security, or logistics. **Age**: 24 to 39 years old. **Location**: La Magdalena Atlicpan, Los Reyes la Paz, State of Mexico. **Schedules**: Rotating shifts. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in satellite tracking (GPS) and telemetry platforms. * Use of digital maps such as Google Maps for route and geofence tracking. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for logbook creation, reporting, and performance indicators (KPIs). * Knowledge of detecting interference signals such as jammers (signal blockers). **Main Responsibilities and Functions** 1\. Active Tracking and Monitoring: Monitor unit locations in real time to ensure compliance with established routes and schedules. 2\. Alert Management: Immediately respond to notifications regarding speeding, unauthorized stops, route deviations, or signal loss. 3\. Emergency Protocols: Activate response measures upon panic button activation, theft, or accidents, coordinating with authorities such as the National Guard when necessary. 4\. Operator Support: Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide support during transit and verify cargo loading/unloading status. 5\. Documentation: Generate daily incident reports and keep electronic service logs up to date. 6\. Real-time fleet and asset supervision to guarantee logistical security and efficiency. This professional must be capable of responding rapidly to emergencies and managing accurate data for decision-making. **Key Competencies** To excel in this position, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and sound judgment to distinguish between false alarms and real emergencies are highly valued.
