Job Summary: Occupational Health Nurse to verify, update, identify, modify, evaluate, and implement occupational health actions and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of health campaigns and medical examinations **Primary job objective:** To verify, update, identify, modify, evaluate, implement, and ensure compliance with all actions, regulations, procedures, policies, and other related occupational health matters for the Organization, employees, suppliers, and any other relevant parties—both for their benefit and in compliance with applicable current regulations. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing / Graduated with professional license Experience: 8 years in a similar position in occupational health (Mandatory) Specific knowledge: First aid, basic medical emergencies, IMSS Law, ISO 45001 **Responsibilities:** * Conduct medical examinations for new hires and periodic examinations * Control and administration of pharmaceutical inventory * Medical care for plant personnel * Provide first aid to personnel in case of accidents and/or incidents at the plant * Active participation in the first aid brigade * Implementation of health campaigns * Perform spirometry and audiometry tests * Control of medical records and files * Follow-up on work incapacity (IMSS), work-related risks (ST\-7\), and general illness * Administrative procedures before various government agencies **Competencies:** * Service-oriented attitude * Empathy * Problem-solving * Assertive communication * Teamwork * Sense of urgency * Proactivity **We offer benefits exceeding statutory requirements:** cafeteria, transportation, attendance bonus, savings fund, and grocery vouchers * **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM** Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $21,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Discounted cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
