WEEKEND HOSTESS (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OR Saturday and Sunday only) We are seeking a dynamic individual to invite customers into our restaurant. If you enjoy conversing with people, providing public service, being friendly, and offering a warm smile, we invite you to join us on weekends. On Saturdays in San Ángel, there are many tourists; flyers must be distributed and people invited to visit our restaurant. We are a family-run Mexican restaurant located in the center of San Ángel, south of CDMX. We seek individuals who share these interests to welcome guests into our establishment. Responsibilities: - Stand at the restaurant entrance wearing traditional Mexican attire: embroidered blouse and skirt, charro-style suit, or Veracruz-style outfit. - Smile, explain our offerings, invite potential customers inside, and escort them to their table. - Monitor background music in the dining area; display promotional videos about the restaurant on the dining room TVs; distribute customer service surveys; record names on reservation lists; monitor service quality; report any issues to the head waiter or manager; maintain a positive attitude for teamwork and increasing customer numbers. - Distribute flyers alongside a restaurant server at 10:00, 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, and 17:00\. - Offer and sell coffee and desserts. - Attend to customers’ needs—e.g., salt, napkins, cutlery, etc. - Distribute service evaluation forms. - From 17:30 to 18:30, input weekly evaluations into Excel (a pre-existing template is used; only data entry is required).
