**Treasury Manager (Shared Services)**
As part of the finance team, you will be responsible for leading daily treasury operations and driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that optimize liquidity, reduce financial risks, and enhance operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally with finance, operations, systems, and regional teams to design and implement solutions that automate processes, integrate data, and strengthen internal controls.**Site:** Parque industria O'Donnell**What you'll do:**
Oversee cash management activities, treasury forecasting, and short- and medium-term liquidity planning.**Design and implement treasury transformation projects, including process automation, bank system integration, and workflow optimization.**
Improve and standardize processes through continuous improvement initiatives (artificial intelligence or other applicable methodologies and financial tools) to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and shorten operational cycles.
Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers, negotiating terms and ensuring operational and contractual compliance.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and treasury policies to mitigate liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange risks.
Supervise bank reconciliations, cash position reporting, and key metrics; ensure the quality and timeliness of information for decision-making.
Collaborate with technology teams on the selection, configuration, and implementation of TMS, ERP, and automated reconciliation solutions.
Train and develop the treasury team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
What we require:**6+ years of experience as a treasury, corporate finance, or related area manager, with at least 1 year leading transformation or process improvement projects.**
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; additional qualifications in project management, digital transformation, or continuous improvement are preferred.
Proven expertise in liquidity management, cash pooling, financial risk management (FX/IR), and corporate banking operations.
Experience implementing treasury systems (TMS), ERP integration, and automation solutions for payments and reconciliations.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools).
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.**Advanced English (reading and communication) to interact with global teams and international banking relationships.**
