This Position reports to: HR Business Partner **Your role and responsibilities** In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop the training process, implementing technical training and ensures the necessary skills for the employees. The work model for the role is: \#LI\-onsite This role is contributing to the **Electrification Team** in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. Main stakeholders are internal employees, department managers, HR, subject matter experts and operations teams, all collaborating to develop and implement effective technical training programs. Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position. You will be mainly accountable for: * Develop Promotion Systems as: Evaluations creation (theoretical and practical) and Evaluations application (practical). * Follow\-up for Competency Certification process such Creation and update of Competency Certification sheets, Application of Competency Certification sheets, Technical support in certification processes and Competency Matrix management. * Lead Onboarding – Technical: Design of onboarding process, from hire to certification, meeting knowledge requirements.
