**Purpose and Work Impact**

The Territory Leader will focus on selling our products, services, and solutions through intermediaries such as current distributors and resellers, as well as appointing new distributors in areas where needed. In this role, they will foster relationships with channel partners and distributors. We seek a results-oriented professional who will implement our organization’s sales and marketing activities, including representing the organization to promote and sell our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Appointing and developing new distributors in key areas
* Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers by providing products, services, and solutions
* Developing and delivering product demonstrations, sales proposals, and presentations to channel partners and distributors
* Promoting and selling products and services to individuals or new customers
* Monitoring customer and competitor activity, as well as industry trends
* Supporting business growth by disseminating favorable information for marketing our products
* Independently resolving moderately complex problems with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues appropriately to staff
* Other assigned duties
**Qualifications**
------------------
* **Minimum:**
+ Minimum of two years of work experience in Sales (account management, customer development and management)
+ Willingness and ability to travel consistently within the assigned territory
+ Valid driver’s license
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office **Desirable:**
+ Experience in the Agribusiness industry
