Position Summary: We are seeking a committed Control Tower Analyst to monitor and manage routes, deliveries, and incidents, ensuring on-time performance. Key Highlights: 1. SELANUSA is looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals for the position of: CONTROL TOWER ANALYST REQUIREMENTS: Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields Gender: Not specified Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role TMS proficiency is mandatory WMS knowledge is desirable FUNCTIONS: Monitor routes and deliveries until completion Load and plan routes in Drivin TMS Track vehicles via Drivin TMS Monitor orders in Blue Yonder Validate delivery status (On-Time In-Full) Identify and manage in-transit incidents Manage rejections, returns, and cancellations Track order recovery and rescheduling Maintain communication with drivers and internal departments Update delivery status and proof of delivery Generate performance reports (logistics KPIs) Ensure on-time delivery compliance Support route and resource optimization WE OFFER: Bi-weekly payments Life insurance Statutory benefits from day one Discounts on our products Work location: G.A.M.
