We are looking for proactive, dynamic individuals with a results-oriented mindset to fill operational vacancies. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection * Experience in mass and operational recruitment * Completed high school education * Immediate availability * Flexible schedule availability * Strong communication skills and service-oriented attitude ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Posting and promoting job vacancies on digital and field media * Designing and producing flyers (leaflets) * Mass recruitment of operational profiles (assistants, operators, etc.) * First-round interviews * Candidate follow-up throughout the selection process * File compilation and documentation verification * Support in onboarding new hires * Tracking and monitoring coverage of assigned vacancies ***WE OFFER:*** * Monthly gross salary of $10,800 + coverage bonuses * Weekly payment * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus * Statutory benefits from day one * Free uniform * Subsidized cafeteria service ***LOCATION:*** TMEX Park – Nextlalpan ***SCHEDULE:*** * Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs * Saturdays (occasionally), 09:00–12:00 hrs Apply now!
