Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Summary:** Responsible for providing operational support to the Customer Service area on floor-level quality matters, ensuring timely follow-up on customer complaints, containments, and corrective actions. Primary focus will be on execution, documentation, and tracking of activities related to quality and customer requirement fulfillment. **What You'll Do:** * Provide direct support to Customer Service in handling and following up on customer complaints. * Prepare and update AQEs with floor-level information (evidence, data, records). * Conduct daily follow-up on RCCA actions, ensuring responsible parties complete assigned tasks. * Verify proper implementation of containments on the floor (re\-work, inspections, material segregation, etc.). * Support root cause analysis by collecting relevant information. * Update quality metrics in established formats. * Document and maintain up-to-date quality records. * Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering for action follow-up. * Ensure proper disposition of nonconforming material. * Support internal audits and floor walkthroughs. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., IMA, IIA, IMT, IMF, etc.) or currently enrolled in the final semester of an engineering program with practical experience in the manufacturing industry. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and office tools. * Willingness to work on the shop floor and perform operational follow-up. **Required Skills:** * Attention to detail and customer focus * Problem-solving ability * Effective communication * Proactive, results-oriented mindset **Preferred Qualifications:** * External audits for ISO9001, IATF16949 * Knowledge of welding, FOS, machining (minimum 1 year) * Experience in customer service or direct customer interaction * Experience tracking complaints or corrective actions * Basic knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5 Whys) * Experience managing quality metrics (Pareto chart, t-chart) * Experience with containments and handling of nonconforming material **Additional Information** * **Location:** Santa Catarina, Nuevo León * **Work Mode:** Onsite, Monday to Saturday (availability to cover weekends) **Final Details** The **Caterpillar Code of Conduct** states that we select and assign employees based on their **qualifications for the position**, without regard to race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
