Opportunity for Quality Control Supervisor at Zion & Ebenezer Technologies · Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of shift-based quality inspectors. Verify that operational processes are carried out in accordance with the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS). Generate corresponding quality reports per shift. Manage the monitoring and measurement equipment required for releasing in-process material and finished products (calibration, verification, and general control). Prepare corresponding quality certificates according to customer requirements. Review, inspect, and release first pieces from operational processes. Update and ensure time-and-motion studies for inspection per operational process. Conduct appropriate follow-up on floor-level product quality rejections. Address and follow up on customer complaints regarding nonconformities and corresponding corrective actions.
