At **EU4IA**, we are looking for a Project Manager who serves as the central connector among our creative, production, PR, influencer marketing, and administrative teams. **Your Mission** Ensure seamless project execution—meeting deadlines and budgets—while delivering impeccable service that fosters complete client loyalty. **Key Responsibilities** * **Account Management:** Serve as the primary day-to-day contact, projecting professionalism and immediate responsiveness. * **Organization:** Lead project tracking (Monday, Asana, Notion) and define realistic timelines. * **Multidisciplinary Leadership:** Coordinate creative, production, and specialist teams toward a shared objective. * **Analysis & Improvement:** Develop profitability reports, KPIs, and help build procedural manuals from scratch. * **Hybrid Self-Management:** Maintain quality and response speed both in-person and remotely. **Required Profile** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in advertising, communications, or marketing agencies. * **Skills:** Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and maintain order under pressure. * **Knowledge:** General understanding of creative, PR, production, and digital processes. * **Tools:** Proficiency in project management software (Monday) and Google Workspace. * **Attitude:** Proactivity, ownership, and a total problem-solving orientation. **What We Offer** * **Compensation:** Base salary of $30,000\.00 \+ performance bonuses (up to 3 months). * **HAAB Condesa Culture:** Coworking spaces, creator community, exclusive events, and benefits in wellness, travel, and fashion. * **Benefits:** One month’s year-end bonus and 15 vacation days. * **Growth:** Opportunity for direct impact within a foundational agency working with leading brands. * **Work Mode:** Hybrid.
