Join our team as a Project Manager focused on administrative management, KPI monitoring, and process management. We offer: Base gross salary: $15,000 MXN per month (100% nominal) Project-based bonuses Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium, PTU) Direct employment with the company, 100% registered with IMSS Food vouchers upon meeting staffing requirements Bi-weekly payroll Our office is located in Naucalpan de Juárez. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, etc. Minimum experience: 4 years in a similar role, including work plan tracking, resource administration, broad infrastructure vision, rigorous risk and stopper management from the planning stage Knowledge of applied methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) for workflow management Flexible availability (Monday to Saturday) · Responsibilities: Project control and management. Minutes follow-up. Develop proposals, prospecting, strategies, and sales analysis. Optimize timelines and administer resources. Administer and develop personnel under supervision. Weekly billing follow-up. Decision-making, rigorous process control, and problem-solving capability. Statistical and results reporting.
