Highly skilled professional with solid experience in welding processes, metal fabrication, and supervision of operational teams in industrial environments. Possesses extensive knowledge of quality standards (AWS, ASME, ISO), industrial safety, blueprint interpretation, and material handling. Recognized for leadership ability, ensuring adherence to technical standards, and optimizing time and resources during fabrication project execution. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate activities of welders and fabrication personnel. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the fabrication process. * Verify that work is performed per drawings, technical specifications, and plant-approved welding procedures (WPS). * Coordinate internal and external inspections and ensure material traceability. * Prepare progress reports, time control records, and production logs. * Train personnel on welding techniques, safety, and best fabrication practices. * Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical issues during fabrication. * Lead and supervise technical staff, focusing on problem-solving and conflict management. * Advanced knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, etc.). * Interpretation of technical drawings and welding symbols (AWS). * Quality control, destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT) (VT, PT, UT, RT). * Production planning and control. * Material and resource management. * Applicable regulations: AWS, ASME ISO, API. * Technical documentation management: WPS, PQR, WPQ.} **Requirements:** * Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 5–7 years of experience supervising welding and fabrication in metalworking or related industries. * Welding certification preferred (CWS – Certified Welding Supervisor). * Training in welding inspection, ASME/AWS standards, and industrial safety. * Availability to rotate shifts under a 4x3 schedule. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
