Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to manage procurement, warehouse control, supplier coordination, quotations, and public procurement using an ERP system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage procurement and warehouse control. 2. Negotiate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships. 3. Use ERP systems for inventory management and planning. We are looking for a Procurement Assistant for a major company. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing procurement and warehouse control, ensuring the availability of necessary products for daily operations. They will handle supplier coordination, negotiating and managing relationships to secure optimal quality and pricing for supplies. The candidate must prepare quotations and manage public procurement, adhering to established procedures and ensuring compliance with current regulations. Additionally, experience using ERP systems for inventory management and procurement planning is required. The Procurement Assistant is expected to maintain strict inventory control and efficiently manage goods receipt and dispatch operations. Strong negotiation skills with suppliers are essential to secure favorable terms and delivery schedules aligned with the company’s needs. This is an on-site position requiring high availability and commitment to assigned tasks. Prior experience in the sector and proficiency with Microsoft messaging tools for internal communication will be viewed favorably.
