Maintenance of accurate inventory records Grupo San Ángel Inn Universidad is seeking a Hospital Supplies Assistant to join our team. · In this position, you will be essential in maintaining the flow of supplies and materials required to ensure an efficient and safe healthcare environment. · Responsibilities: · Manage and distribute medical supplies to all hospital departments Manage inventory effectively. Receive and verify orders and store them appropriately Maintain accurate inventory records Correctly register materials and medications in SAP Charge patient accounts according to surgical sheets Support substitutions in the General Warehouse Schedule: · WE WORK FROM MONDAY TO SUNDAY WITH ONE WEEKDAY DAY OFF Evening shift from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with training from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM We Offer: · Base salary Statutory benefits (social security, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit sharing, Sunday premium) Savings fund Dining service Opportunity for professional development Requirements: · High school diploma Minimum 6 months of experience handling medications Bring your experience and skills to help us maintain an efficient and welcoming hospital for our patients and staff.
