Job Summary: We are seeking an Orderly to provide efficient and safe patient mobilization services, planning transports and ensuring equipment is in good condition. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge and Application of Hospital Policies HOSPITAL SAN ANGEL INN UNIVERSIDAD IS SEEKING: ORDERLY Requirements: -Education: High school diploma or technical degree. -Gender: No preference. -Experience: Minimum 6 months. -Course: Patient Mobilization and Transport. Responsibilities -Provide efficient, timely patient mobilization services, fostering an environment of trust, respect, courtesy, and safety. -Plan and be familiar with the scheduling of assigned patients across various departments to anticipate and facilitate patient flow. -Inspect and ensure stretchers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and located on their designated floors. -Know, implement, and stay updated on hospital processes, procedures, and policies. -Conduct rounds across different hospital areas to identify patient transport and mobilization needs. -Provide safe, effective, and excellent care by applying basic knowledge of the hospital’s various fall-risk assessment scales. -Transport patients within the hospital to required departments according to service needs (e.g., Imaging, Operating Room, Endoscopy, Outpatient Clinics, Hemodynamics, etc.).
