Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in plant systems (fire protection, water treatment, emergency) and personnel leadership for supervision and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Fire Protection Plants, Water Treatment Plants, and Emergency Plants. 2. Personnel management and supervision of critical equipment. 3. Monitoring compliance with work plans with suppliers. We seek candidates with backgrounds in: Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electromechanical Technician Gender: Unspecified Prior experience and knowledge in operating Fire Protection Plants, Wastewater Treatment Plants, Emergency Plants, and pumping systems. Experience managing personnel Ticket generation Personnel supervision Logbook completion Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Supervision and monitoring of work plan compliance for various contracted service providers, including gardening, cleaning, and maintenance staff Knowledge of critical equipment such as Emergency Plants, Fire Protection Plants, Wastewater Treatment Plants, elevators, submersible pumps Attendance at meetings and assemblies Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM; fixed rest day on Sundays and official holidays.
