Logistics and Sales Coordinator

**Profile** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Administration, Logistics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * At least 1 year of experience. * Spoken English (at least 85%). * Experience preparing reports, KPIs, and sales forecasts. * ERP system proficiency; experience with Epicor is preferred. * Excel proficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve and follow up with existing and prospective customers, from order receipt through final delivery. * Enter orders, prepare quotations, invoices, credit notes, and commercial documentation. * Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including freight quotation, pickup, export documentation, and logistical tracking. * Verify correct order dispatch by validating product, quantity, labeling, transportation method, and supporting documentation. * Manage customer requests, samples, complaints, documentation, and special requirements by liaising with relevant internal departments. * Monitor accounts receivable, customer payments, collections reports, and documentation requested by the accounting department. * Prepare commercial and logistics reports and KPIs, such as sales forecasts, delivery lead times, and budget adherence. * Support audits, traceability exercises, document translation, and administrative tasks related to sales. * Participate in customer prospecting and follow-up on business opportunities. * Coordinate requests for new product development with supporting departments.
