In 2024, we were recognized as a Great Place to Work (GPTW) and one of the *Best Places to Work for Women*, ranking #13 nationally. **Responsibilities:** * Internal planning and control: Coordinate the annual documentation program and risk matrices, prioritizing activities and assigning workloads to the team. * Process and regulatory management: Update policies, manuals, and procedures resulting from operational, regulatory, or business model changes. * Risk and audit management: Participate in financial and compliance risk analyses, address audit findings, and coordinate action plans. * Support for external audits: Provide support and documentary evidence for quality and financial statement audits. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (degree mandatory). * Certification in Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIFs) (mandatory) * Application of the COSO and COSO ERM control frameworks * Documentation of policies, manuals, and procedures * Analysis and evaluation of risks and controls * Interpretation of basic financial statements * Team leadership experience * Experience in companies with over 9,000 employees (desirable) **WE OFFER:** * Competitive base salary * 32-day year-end bonus * 50% vacation premium * Life insurance * Health and gym service agreements and discounts * Growth opportunities * GPTW-certified work environment * On-site cafeteria LOCATION AND WORK MODALITY: * Mexico City, Santa Fe (Hybrid) Are you interested?
