Pedagogy undergraduate student to complete their internships or professional practices at our center, the Center for Robotics Specialties and Industrial Applications A.C. (CERAI). Our center provides training in industrial automation, delivered in-person, and is currently developing an online platform to expand and optimize our training programs. For this, we require specialized pedagogical support in the following areas: * Design of curricular structures for online courses, with a pedagogical focus on active and participatory learning. * Pedagogical guidance and support for instructors in creating and implementing digital content. * Knowledge of online learning platforms and educational technology tools. * Effective communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability to technical and professional training environments. * Educational innovation and management of pedagogical projects in both in-person and virtual settings.
