




Boutique Hotel Manager. **Comprehensive management of the establishment**, ensuring compliance with quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards. Your primary objective will be to guarantee an **exceptional guest experience**, while optimizing the hotel's operations, human resources, and financial performance. **Main Responsibilities:** **Operational Management** * Supervise daily hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, administration, etc.). * Ensure compliance with quality, cleanliness, and service standards. * Coordinate and monitor the work of various department heads. **Personnel Management** * Lead, motivate, and develop the workforce. * Schedule shifts, training sessions, and performance evaluations. * Foster a positive work environment focused on service and excellence. **Financial Management** * Control budgets, revenues, expenses, and profitability. * Analyze financial and occupancy indicators to support decision-making. * Participate in setting rates and pricing strategies. **Customer Service** * Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty. * Resolve complaints or incidents professionally and empathetically. * Monitor service quality at all customer touchpoints. **Commercial and Marketing** * Identify opportunities for improving occupancy, bookings, and hotel positioning. * Represent the hotel to suppliers, agencies, and industry associations. * Manage platforms.
