Opportunity to drive innovation and contribute to strategic product development Your Job We are seeking a dynamic and self\-driven professional to take on the role of Project Manager. This position requires a versatile professional who can navigate project management landscapes with a hands\-on approach. You will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects, while also contributing to the strategic development and enhancement of the organization's product portfolio and processes. All along actively seeking opportunities to support and enhance the activities of other key teams within the organization. Your hands\-on approach and administrative talent will be pivotal in ensuring successful project delivery and innovation. Our Team Actively look for opportunities to support and collaborate with other teams within the organization, foster a culture of teamwork and mutual support, lending a hand where needed to drive collective success, share insights and expertise to contribute to the success of projects across the organization, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project and product status. What You Will Do: * Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements based on market needs and business objectives. * Identify and tackle challenges head\-on, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track * Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of new product introductions (NPI) and business transferences. Be the driving force behind project/product development, actively participating in the entire product lifecycle. * Work closely with cross\-functional teams, contributing hands\-on efforts to bring products from concept to reality. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications): * Bachelor's degree in business, Project or Product Management, Engineering or related field * Hands\-on experience in technical project management, new product launches and product management. * Demonstrated ability to understand business and finances and align accountabilities. and efforts within area of scope. * Previous success working with cross functional teams. * Experience communicating with customers. * Demonstrated ability to be a hands\-on leader, driving cross\-functional teams to success * English language proficiency is a must. What Will Put You Ahead: * Master's degree in business. * Injection molding and/or assembly processes experience. * Product Development Process knowledge. * Automotive requirements (IATF 16949, AIAG) knowledge. * Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools. * PMP Certification. * Experience working within Global organization.
