Handling report preparation and ensuring timely submission. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Supporting managers regarding FRA activities, decisions, and general projects. \~ Supporting senior colleagues in analyses to support financial\-, reporting\-, and accounting processes. \~ Contributing to the preparation of analyses and reports with particular emphasis on the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of the data provided (e.g., profit\-and\-loss activity reports). \~ Supporting the preparation of reports on relevant facts and figures for internal and external reporting, delivered promptly and accurately. \~ Supporting the preparation of written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations. \~ Helping maintain accurate and timely fixed asset information in the fixed asset register, and supporting the general ledger as needed. \~ Supporting financing at country\- or business\-area level. \~ Reporting technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis\-products within 24 hours of receipt \~ Distribution of marketing samples (if applicable) Key Performance Indicators \~ Internal customer satisfaction with the quality, relevance, and timeliness of financial analyses provided \~ Customer satisfaction in service delivery and process\-specific KPIs per agreed SLAs Work Experience \~Operations Management and execution Skills \~Understanding value drivers \~Critical thinking \~Ability to influence key stakeholders \~Effective communication \~Process optimization \~Building effective teams \~Talent development \~Financial accounting \~Financial\- and management reporting \~Resource allocation Language English **Why Novartis:** Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
